Hello blog-reading family!
Well, more stuff is organized by now. Got an email from the Swedish healthcare organization, they're sending a card in the mail... so I'm in the system! Activated my uni application account (applications due next month). Heading back to North Van in three and a bit weeks, and... 36 days to departure!
My capstone course has really ramped up the work for the next three weeks. Presentation last week, one today, one in two weeks, and three papers in between all that. Luckily the bulk of my work is due April 12, but a last exam trailing along on the 22nd.
Thought I'd share a pic of the Scandinavian club's last "fika" meeting yesterday. We have been getting together this past school year now and then for pub nights and fika times, organized by myself. People bake and bring things, and it's a great break time during paper season! The quality of the picture isn't great (from my phone)
The people in the pic are mostly studying Swedish in my class. Some are from the upper level class, and three are Swedish exchange students. I'll miss them!
